The Sage House

Nestled on a quiet lot directly on a serene canal leading out to St. Andrews Bay, this spacious and Newly completely updated two-story Tudor-style home offers the perfect blend of luxurious comfort, family-friendly fun and in water boat docking. Designed with an organic-modern and boho-inspired style, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests, making it an ideal setting for family reunions, group getaways, fishing trips, or special celebrations. Rooms are all large with adequate space to spread out during your stay. The chefs kitchen will make your cooking experience a dream complete with over the stove pot filler. The newly installed hot tub can seat up to 8 and is great for relaxing after a long day at the beach or boating. The outdoor space allows guests to spread out and includes games like Corn-hole, and ring toss. Also provides an outdoor grilling area with covered cooking and a mini fridge. Communication can be through Air BnB of texting in the case of questions or concerns during your stay. The boat ramp is located at the end of the road if you so choose to bring your own boat. There is trailer storage at the property. At the dock is a fish cleaning station and shore power hook ups if your vessel requires it. We also offer Paddle board and fishing equipment for our guests.

The Sage House is stunning! I can’t say enough; the cleanliness, the amenities, the host, all TOP tier! Our family of 10 stayed the week and didn’t want to leave. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate; it will be everything you’re looking for, and more! Don is wonderful to work with and goes out of his way to please his guests. The Sage House is definitely a 10 out of 10!

Perfect weekend!

The Sage house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. It had so much room for the adults and kiddos. We loved the extra living space for the kids to hang out. We all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The kitchen was not only gorgeous, but well stocked and had absolutely everything we needed and more. We would definitely book The Sage house again.

Spectacular

The absolute best house! I’ve stayed at a few luxury homes and this one has all of the bells and whistles. The owner went above and beyond to make our Christmas extra special! The tree she put up for us was magnificent. This home is so beautiful and very functional. There is plenty of incredible space to spread out. You can have large family gatherings and it’s super close to all of the fun stuff going on downtown and out on the beach. Fantastic location for restaurants and activities. The Sage home is very clean, the beds are luxurious and the kitchen is a chef’s dream! Omg! Then you go outside and there is another kitchen a huge pool and a large hot tub. The outdoor area also has an incredible fire pit and lots of seating. It’s an absolute dream, I didn’t want to leave the property. Do yourself a favor and rent this place for your next romantic getaway or for a fun family trip. It’s simply the best! The Sage House rocks! Thank you for your kindness and I will definitely be back!
