Born and raised in West Tennessee, I spent the majority of my career inside a corporate office always looking out a nearby window to the outdoors. I've found that nature has a way of resetting your nervous system so I've done many back country hikes along the East Tennessee state parks. Because nature calls to me, many of my favorite memories were made camping with my family and friends. Now as a host, I want to create the ultimate luxury camping experience for my guests so they can make special moments of their own.

This property has been a family home for over forty years. The open space and 40,000sf pond have been witness to weddings, birthday parties, lazy summer days fishing, and horseback riding. The Owl's Altered Estate is adjacent to the private family home and encourages their guests to explore the area. Within a ten-minute drive, families can find Eva beach, SUP rentals, multiple hiking trails at Nathan Bedford Forest State park, Beaverdam marina/boat launch, groceries, restaurants, and other traveling essentials.
