Near hospitals (Mount Sinai South Nassau, Mercy Hospital, Hofstra University, Nassau University Medical Center) and attractions like Long Beach and Jones Beach. Just a short walk to the Baldwin LIRR for easy commuting to Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan.
Attached to the main house but with its own private entrance, the studio ensures complete privacy. It features:
+ Cozy studio, living/dining room with a unique sky view ceiling, plenty of natural light and Smart Samsung 32ââ TV for you to enjoy
+ A convenient kitchenette with an electric stove and mini fridge
+ Full renovated bathroom
+Original terracotta floors
+ Washer and dryer: located in the basement area of the main house
+ Relaxing small private patio in the back
+ Plenty of street parking in front of the studio
+ Measurements of the space: the studio is 200 sqft.
Private patio is: 140 sqft.
Located within a serene neighborhood.
The main house is occupied by a warm and welcoming young family of three. The wife is a dedicated physician assistant, and the husband is a skilled civil engineer.
You will have access to the entire private studio apartment and private patio.

If you need anything regarding your stay, please message us or email us between 9am-7pm so that we can assist you or send maintenance to help you.
If you have any non-emergency requests or concerns after 7pm, we kindly ask that you wait until the following day, and we will promptly address them.
