the south shore. Basement Apt in a kid free, smoke free & pet free house. No pets of any kind allowed on premise. Backyard access upon request along with hot tub usage. Centrally located to restaurants and bars in Massapequa /
Farmingdale both 7 mins drives. 15 mins from
Jones beach. 25 mins from Resorts Casino &
Jake's 58 casino. 5 min drive to LIRR station, 50
min train ride to Penn Station & 55 mins to
Brooklyn. Just over 1hr to the wineries & the
Hamptons.
