Smells like smoke

Stayed the weekend. We walked in and were hit with the strongest smell of smoke. This place was advertised as smoke free, it isn’t. Smelled in every room. Floor and carpet turned the bottom of our feet black. Notified the management company and all they said was the last people didn’t say anything. No chairs or dressers in the bedrooms. Bring your own soap and shampoo because there was nobe

This Guest may be better suited for a Hotel. The Guests mentions were addressed. It was mentioned that the property was cleaned prior to arrival. The cleaning team.or the previous Guests didn't mention the smell of smoke. Guests complained of walking barefoot and their foot showing not the same after walking barefoot on cleaned and vacuumed floors. All bedrooms have closets and a holder for luggages, some a bench at the end of the bed. Travel size shampoo, soap and lotion are in every bathroom.
