Great location and comfortable space, exactly as advertised. A few quick notes: access is via an unpaved grass yard in the back, which is very dark at night until you get close enough to trigger the door light. The basement stairs also had a lot of leaves on them, which felt a bit unsafe. Inside, the bathroom doesn’t have an extractor fan, so it stays pretty damp. Also, be careful with the bedroom layout—the bed is pushed right against a door, and you can easily catch or hurt yourself on the door handle. Finally, the house isn't well-insulated for sound; we could clearly hear noise from the upstairs residents late into the night.
