Guests have private access to the entrance of the condo and a separate dining area, patio & fire pit. “The Louie” is conveniently located in Phoenix’s charming Arcadia neighborhood. -20 minutes from TPC (Waste Management Open) -24 minutes to State Farm Stadium (Super Bowl LVII) -5 minutes from major freeways and Sky Harbor Airport. -A short 5 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale and The Biltmore -Target, Costco and Fry’s grocery store just a few blocks away Free street parking “The Louie” is located in the back of “The Lewis House”. There is a separate entrance and free street parking.
