Very clean and organized. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood near the river. We enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit and roasting hot dogs. We also enjoyed the many beautiful birds on our walk through the quiet neighborhood. Michael and Allison have a wonderful place to stay and our family really enjoyed it.

Quiet neighborhood and CLEAN House!

The best feature about this property was the cleanliness. The home is beautiful and it also had all the amenities needed for our stay. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook meals, including plenty of coffee! My kids loved the backyard too! The neighborhood was safe and sleepy.

Beautiful home, clean, great location!

We were so impressed with this home! It was the perfect place for our weekend getaway! Close enough to all the stuff we were doing during the day while being in a quiet, safe neighborhood! The home was so well stocked! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook multiple meals! It looks just like the pictures with plenty of space for our group of 7! Owners communicated well, and even checked in during our stay to make sure we were good! No complaints at all! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Hot Springs!

The home is in a quiet neighborhood just outside of Hot Springs. The home has been completely remodeled and is set up for a nice vacation home. It has a large covered deck and fire pit. It is close to both Lake Quachita and Lake Hamilton. There are many activities and events that that are taking place throughout the year in the area. Hot Springs s one of the most beautiful and popular vacationing spots in the country.
