Magnifique condo de trois chambres sur le front du golfe d'Indian Rocks Beach! Piscine chauffée en bord de mer partagée par seulement 3 autres unités, comptoirs en granit, appareils en acier inoxydable, 4 téléviseurs à écran plat, lecteur Blu-Ray, WiFi et appels nord-américains gratuits. Remarque: séjour d'une semaine minimum, nécessite une arrivée le samedi en saison.

Ce condo peut accueillir 8 personnes avec un lit king dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre et quatre lits jumeaux (deux lits superposés) dans la troisième chambre avec tous les NOUVEAUX matelas jumeaux en 2019! Détendez-vous sur le grand balcon en bord de plage avec un barbecue à gaz et un escalier en colimaçon menant à la piscine et à la plage. Juste une courte promenade de haut en bas de la rue de Gulf Blvd où vous trouverez de nombreux choix de restaurants, de divertissements et de boutiques amusantes dans la ville balnéaire pittoresque d'Indian Rocks Beach.

«La légende raconte que la communauté balnéaire d'Indian Rocks Beach, en Floride, aurait obtenu son nom lorsqu'un guérisseur indigène a miraculeusement guéri son chef avec les eaux d'une source de soufre naturel qui se trouverait dans Kolb Park, en face de l'hôtel de ville d'Indian Rocks Beach. Les premiers colons voyant les Indiens en route vers la source encerclée de roches diraient: «Les Indiens sont en route vers les rochers». À quelques minutes en voiture de Tampa ou de St. Pétersbourg, Indian Rocks Beach offre près de trois miles de belles plages le long du scintillant golfe du Mexique.

Les gens viennent du monde entier pour visiter Indian Rocks Beach pour les belles plages de la ville et pour regarder les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Wonderful week at this condo for our family of seven. Beautiful sunsets and right on the beach. Pool was great. We especially appreciated the numerous beach towels and beach chairs provided. Condo well-stocked. Highly recommended!

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo had everything needed for a beach vacation. There were plenty of towels, including for the beach (thank you!), the kitchen was very well stocked, and the storage closet by the pool had more than enough and toys to enjoy. The location was great, too - steps from the beach via the stairs to the pool area and walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for Families

We loved our stay in this unit! The proximity to the beach and pool being steps away made it perfect for our group ranging from 5 years old to 70 years old. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The management were quick to respond to the 2 issues we encountered during our stay.

Perfect Family Vaction.

The condo is beautiful and nicely decorated. The bunk beds were perfect for our boys. It was convenient being directly on the beach. It could a few new pans in the kitchen.

Geat place in a great town.

The first thing we noticed walking in the door was that the view matched their picture perfectly. It was a great stay i a large, comfortable apartment. It's well equipped, we didn't miss anything from home. The pool is very nice, access to the beach is delightful. This was our second stay in Indian Rocks Beach and it will probably be our retirement favorite when that comes in a few years.

Very comfortable condo on the beach

We enjoyed our time on the beach front condo with a pool. It very spacious and well equipped. My daughter’s and grandchildren loved that in addition to having the beach we also had the pool to enjoy. We have re-booked the condo for 2022.

Beautiful view

The checking process was smooth and the property and the view were amazing! We loved the condo. The only very minor thing I would say is they have carpet in the bedrooms which is impossible to keep clean with a place right on the beach. Wonderful place and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect location!!!!

This unit was very spacious and the perfect location in Indian Rocks Beach. Our TV went out at 9:30 pm and We called to leave a message, but to our surprise Bill answered and took care of it right away. I cannot wait to come back again next year.
