Our host communicated with us efficiently and professionally sharing all the details we would need to arrive from the airport while the there was a tube strike. Wonderful location to Earl’s Court Station.

Nicely updated flat in a good neighborhood. Very convenient to the Tube. We were personally welcomed and got a great explanation of all the amenities. Had no problems with anything! Highly recommend!

Responsiveness of Yaseen was excellent. John was very friendly and extremely helpful, giving us information on how to get around, things to do, and operation of the apartment. Great service. John met us at check-in and spent some time with us. Communication via a WhatsApp group worked well, and it was easy to have Yaseen add our son to the group as he and his wife were to checkout later than we did. Good experience. Information on how to operate the washer-dryer would have been helpful. Essentials such as coffee were stocked. Glad to have tissues boxes in each bedroom. Seating is limited for four people for group conversations, though thankfully two of our party were young. Be sure to visit the Brompton cemetery around the corner.

Property manager’s communication was fantastic, leveraged WhatsApp & was extremely detailed and timely, arrived to greet us in person to handover keys, show us how everything worked, answer any questions we had & offered guidance & suggestions for transportation & touring options. Property was well appointed & equipped & a great location to walk many places. . Thank you for an excellent experience.

The hosts could not have been more thoughtful or helpful. Honestly we were so jet lagged we didn’t take in all the instructions but were helped by followup conversations. The place was very clean and comfortable though the mattress in the larger bedroom was not great on one side. The mattress in the smaller bedroom was good. The kitchen was well equipped and John left us big bottles of water which we appreciated. The bedroom on the street did get traffic noise but earplugs and a white noise machine helped and the back bedroom was quiet.

Our stay at this Chelsea VRBO had both strengths and challenges. The unit is beautifully renovated, stylish, and well-maintained. The modern finishes and thoughtful updates created an attractive and welcoming atmosphere that we appreciated.However, there were several issues that impacted our overall experience. We stayed with five adults, including two senior adults, and while the listing advertised accommodations for five, we found the space was realistically best suited for four adults at most. The kitchen and common areas were quite small, making it difficult for everyone to gather comfortably. Even simple morning routines required taking turns, as there was not enough space for multiple people to prepare coffee or breakfast at the same time.The bathrooms were particularly challenging for our senior family members. There were no grab bars or handrails, and the flooring did not appear to be slip-resistant. These features would significantly improve safety and comfort for older guests or anyone with mobility concerns.We were also disappointed with the bathroom towels. Although they appeared clean, they had a worn grey-white appearance, likely from air-drying, and did not feel as fresh or high quality as expected.Due to warm weather, we kept the windows open for ventilation. Unfortunately, noise from neighboring dogs and cats frequently disrupted our sleep throughout the night.Overall, this is a lovely, renovated property with many positive attributes.

Dear Guest, thank you for your positive feedback on the apartment. We are glad you enjoyed the newly renovated apartment, and all the appliances which are all new. Regarding the space concern, the property has a maximum occupancy of 5 adults, being the 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area. I understand challenges if multiple people are trying to utilize certain spaces for example the kitchen area, this is somewhat out of our control and the property is as advertised with actual photos and the apartment floor plan. For the bathroom floors they are non-slip matte finish tiles, and we do provide bath mat towels for each bathroom. The towels and linens are all purchased from Peter Jones store which is a high-end home living store. The linens are professionally dry cleaned and the towels we wash at high temperature, the brilliant white color can become slightly less brilliant, also particularly as they are quick drying towels. Despite your constructive and positive feedback, we are happy you enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Five star experience!

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in London! Yaseen (the owner) had excellent communication and shared detailed guidance/photos that made it easy to get settled in. And it was such a pleasure chatting with John (our in-person contact), who helped welcome us and gave lots of great sight-seeing advice. He even had some fruit and water waiting for us, which was a nice surprise after a long travel day!The flat was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a very safe, convenient location close to several Tube and bus stops, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The flat had lots of great features such as smart washer/dryer, heated floors (which would be nice in the summer), fans (which we appreciated during the heatwave), and much more.We’d absolutely recommend this flat to anyone visiting London, and would happily stay here again!

We visited in the summer time with 2 adults and 3 boys (ages 8, 9, and 11).The host's communication was impeccable. This property was easy to access, and we received a brief orientation when we arrived. The host was accommodating and and responsive.The apartment is an easy walk to the Earl's Court and West Brompton Metro stations. There are multiple cafes, pubs, and restaurants within walking distance. We came during an unprecedented heat wave, so it was warm but not unbearable. There is also some noticeable street noise but it is not obtrusive nor bothersome.Overall this was a great place to stay with a very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again.

Being on the ground floor is a big plus to maintaining good temperatures, anything on higher floors we've found can be quite uncomfortable to say the least. This was a pleasant, well-located first-floor flat with modern appliances and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. Although on a busy street, thick window panes blocked the noise. The back garden is in need of landscaping to create a pleasant view.
