Everything worked well. Furnishings are sparse.There was no TV on the premises.Could have used more linens, towels and bathmats.Could have used more silverware and drinkware. Overall a nice house!

Fantastic location, comfortable beds, easy place to use as a base to explore Colorado Springs. Only real con was that the outdoor space needed to be cleaned better and the couch was coming apart.

Cute house in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for a family. Surprising amount of space inside, lots of common areas for everyone to spread out. No TVs, which isn't a bad thing but was unexpected. We had a blast playing the provided board games and appreciate the fenced in yard. Responsive hosts that don't have a giant list of rules or check out requirements.

Comfortable beds.

A group of us stayed there as we were in town to hike Manitou and Pikes Peak. Beds are comfortable. Easy location to get around to everything. No tv which was fine our group but one thing we didn’t pay attention to when booking.

Colorado Springs Vacation

Grate place to stay with family, we had plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved playing all the board games, and spinning on the tree swing.

Nice, large house

The house has a great layout and is very large. The inside was very clean, but the back deck needed some attention. This is a nice house in a slightly rundown area. It was conveniently located close to the activities we had planned (Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs). The biggest surprise was that there are no TVs on the property. We would stay here again.

Firework get away

The property was accurately described and able to meet our needs. The back porch gave a great view of playful squirrels and friendly neighbors. The patio was comfortable and serene. No TVs seemed a bit odd but the games and comfortable seating made a fun stay. Down stairs shower was great. Beds are firm but memory toppers were available.

Nice place

House is nicely appointed. Good location with shopping nearby. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication with host. Lots of books; in particular a great selection of kids books. No TVs, but WiFi works well. Has foosball table. AC worked great on 90 days, thermostat easy to use.Washer and dryer worked great - bring your own supplies (washer takes any type of detergent, put in front left). Plenty of bath towels and hand towels - check the upstairs hall closet. The bedroom with bunk bed and crib has 3 beds (crib, bottom bunk, upper bunk).

Great Space for a Family Trip

Our group travelled to the area for a family trip, we had 3 adults and 4 children of various ages. We appreciated all the games and activities on the property for everyone. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Having the backyard was also a bonus!

Relaxing Home Away from Home

We absolutely loved this house. It was fun for all ages of kids in our group. We felt well rested when we left. Everything we needed was in the home. Will definitely recommend for anyone to stay.

Nice, Basic Home Base

This is a nice, clean home with large bedrooms. It's a great place to stay at night while exploring the area during the day. Bring your own entertainment if you plan to stay in the house for very long - there are no TVs. My family doesn't watch TV, so it wasn't a problem for us.

Easter getaway

This place is perfect if you’re traveling with a crew—three legit bedrooms for couples, plus a bonus room with bunk beds and a crib. It’s basically a vacation home and a low-key daycare.They even had some baby gear, which is great if you’ve got a tiny human or just like pretending you do for the vibes.Now, a few quirks:‱There’s no TV, so no Netflix marathons here. But fear not! There are board games, cards, and even a football, so you can channel your inner child or start a full-blown family feud.‱No broom or dustpan, so we just let the crumbs live their best lives.‱The master bathroom has no door between the toilet and the bedroom, which really brings new meaning to “open concept.”‱Oh, and there’s a plant hanging in the shower, which made me feel like I was in a rainforest. Pretty, but also mildly unsettling. I stuck with the hall shower. Much less foliage.All in all, an awesome stay—just the right mix of cozy, quirky, and “did they mean to do that?”

Homey and Comfortable

We had family from several states who came for a fu eral and we easily were able to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was accimmodative and the covered patio and seating was awesome. We felt well-cared for.

Cute and spacious home

We loved staying here. It was large with a lot of room. There were only four of us but the home could have held many more guests. The home had everything we needed and was close to a lot of things. The host was very helpful and responded to messages quickly.

Gem of Home in CO Springs

We really enjoyed our time in CO Springs staying at this home. The entire home was clean and welcoming. The kitchen appliances were great to cook in, the stove has me thinking I need a new one! Plenty of space for the entire family to relax. We mostly enjoyed petting and watching the checkers and bunnies in the back. The kids library inside was perfect. Just a wonderful vacation home.

Nice and Quiet Location

This property was located in a great area and was very quiet. Easy to get into and check in. There is plenty of room for large families. The host was very responsive which I greatly appreciated! Would stay again.
