Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The secondary guest bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with custom tile and quartz finishes. The additional guest bedroom and bonus bunk room share a hallway bathroom, offering convenience for multiple guests.

Guests will have access to the garage for one car. An additional car or two may be parked in the driveway.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental: a Ring camera that monitors all external door activity.
Trash days for this unit are Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please take the trash to the road the night before pickup and return the bin afterward. Trash cans must remain in the garage when it isn't a collection day. The HOA fines $100 for bins left out — this fine will be passed on to renters if it occurs during their stay.
The pool alarm is a legally required safety device. Do not impede its function in any way. If the alarm is disabled or dismantled, a $25 fee will be charged to the guest upon departure to restore it.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental. The camera faces the driveway/front of house.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
