I like to start off with positive soProperty is a very walkable location. it’s right across the street from Walmart and pineapple willies. The main pool looked like a fun place to take your kids and they have a kitty pool and a playground. Floors were dirty and it wasn’t just sand. I expected more for the price. The entire property seemed ran down. Elevators weren’t working in a lot of locations. Wristbands are only for the pools and seems a little pricey to have those when the bracelet should be enough. Also they didn’t always work. One of our guest who went home early had one of the bracelets and when I offered to mail back to management for a refund of the 25 fee they said I couldn’t do that.Management slow to respond so had to contact owner who also took days to respond which was frustrating because AC wasn’t working. I do think the location had potential but I recommend staying on floors 1 to 4 or 9 or 10 because access to parking and the stairs are available. Property overall is kind of ran down. unit was OK but if you’re staying on the upper floors, you should try the elevators closer to the shops than the elevators at the parking lot or park on the 9th floor and go through the pool to get to your room. 10th floor is not handicap accessible from 9th floor parking deck. I recommend this room if the price is right.

The condo was huge & a great location with balconies on 2 sides. It needed a broom & better equipped kitchen. The icemaker & water on the frig are not hooked up. Examples are the knives are not sharp & can opener didn't work & very few pans. The condo was fine, in a great location. I had to call & wait for a maintenance man for remotes for the TV & then, wristbands that were suppose to be there. The problem is the resort. There are 6 total elevators, that work, for the whole complex. 21 floors over a 1/2 mile of rooms & just 6 elevators. There were no service elevators so all the condo cleaning people, resort employees, outside employees, maintenance workers all trying to get on. Renting condos you have to bring everything & going to the beach, so elevators always packed. Wait times could be 30 to 40 minutes if you had a wagon or suitcase, which most people did. This was the number 1 complaint every time you got on the elevator. All people talked about this issue. The beach was far away on the other side of the complex, then across a narrow walkway & then down steep narrow stairs. No ADA compliant access. On the last day the area had a water main break & 10 of us woke up to no toilets, drinking water, showers, cleaning, teeth brushing & etc. Luckily, we were leaving but it was hard to get ready to go. As you can see, 4 was a generous score because the condo was spacious & nice.
