The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Strip sheets from any bed that was used during your visit and leave them on the bedroom floor. 2. Start the dishwasher if there any dirty dishes.
3. Place trash in outdoor trash cans or in the community dumpster. Please place recycling and trash in the correct containers and leave recycling unbagged.
4. Make sure you've signed out of TV apps and removed all personal items, including food. 5. Lock all doors, replace any keys in the lockbox 4, and make sure the house is secured when you depart.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
