Your private waterfront retreat in sunny North Fort Myers awaits! This spacious 3 bed/2 bath home is centrally located and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing by the pool or watching sunsets over the saltwater lagoon.

Your beautiful, newly updated, vacation home is situated on the Belle Air Lagoon—part of the Hancock Creek Preserve—which is famous for its kayaking. The views are stunning! A private pool and large, screened-in lanai overlooks the lagoon teeming with wildlife. Spot Manatees swimming right by the seawall. Jumping fish are a regular sight while tropical birds sun themselves on the dock posts. Watch for dolphins and alligators cruising the lagoon. Fishing is ample in the lagoon where you can catch fish right from the dock!

BaMaLoosa Cove is only minutes away from white sand beaches, family-friendly adventures and local hot spots! Dining, shopping, beaches, waterparks, golf courses, eco-tours, and many other attractions are all nearby. Downtown Fort Myers is a quaint and bustling area with cute shops and fun restaurants and breweries. The famous Fort Myers Beach and stunning Sanibel and Captiva Islands are just a short drive away!

After a dip in the pool, grab a fresh lime off your own lime tree and add it to your favorite drink. On cooler nights, gather around the backyard fire pit for stargazing and s'mores. End the night snuggled up on the large, comfy modular sofa for popcorn and movies.

For boat enthusiasts, the neighborhood boat launch is right across from the home's private dock. Cruise the lagoon out to the Caloosahatchee River and you'll reach the Gulf of Mexico in 20 minutes.

The home's interior boasts spacious, comfortable rooms with cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan. Skylights in the main bedroom and kitchen flood the space with warm, natural sunlight. Sleep comfortably on NEW memory foam beds in the primary and guest bedrooms. Recently added, are new twin bunk beds and a newly tiled shower in the pool bathroom. Fresh paint, new flooring, all new appliances, and onsite laundry only add to the home's inviting features.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bag all garbage, insert into trash cans, cover with lid, bring cans to the end of driveway Tuesday nights for Wed. morning pick up.
Clean grill and skillet per the welcome guide instructions if used.
Pets must be communicated PRIOR to arrival. There is a pet fee of $20/night. Pick up all pet feces if pet was a guest. Absolutely NO pet feces or urine is allowed in the lanai or near the pool.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool heat can be turned on for a fee of $20/day. Contact us a minimum of 2 days in advance. Pool heat is not available in summer months.
Additional pet fee is $20/day. All pet feces must be removed prior to departure. Pet feces in the lanai or near the pool is strictly prohibited.

Our hosts were very welcoming! They responded quickly to questions and provided lots of great ideas for activities and restaurants. All of the amenities were excellent! We loved swimming in the pool and sitting in the lanai and spent most of our time out there!Watching the fish jump and spotting a manatee off the dock added to our relaxing time.The house was very roomy and comfortable- we all slept great and enjoyed cooking some meals with a well- equipped kitchen!If we venture back to Fort Myers, we would love to stay here again!!

The Waterfront Oasis couldn't have been any better! The house was amazing and in a wonderful arear! Shopping is close and nearby for everything you need and beaches arent to far away! Great location and even though a short trip, it was a much needed trip where you could disconnect and enjoy the outdoors and pool time. We spent a majority of our time at the house and did lots of fishing(caught catfish) and spent time together enjoying the amazing fireworks for the 4th of July

My family and I were very pleased with our stay at BaMaLoosa Cove! View was beautiful, pool and dock to fish off of were a huge plus for us. We caught lots of catfish and saw Manatees one morning hanging out for a few hours. It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood with places to visit not too far.

Family Christmas Vacation

Our stay was beautiful, clean, and amazing. The pool was a HUGE hit with my two teenage sons, as well as the bay/canal, where my 14yo spent countless hours fishing. He caught bass, mojarre, catfish, and cyclid. In addition, we were lucky enough to see gators and manatees swimming. Our host was responsive when I had a question. Overall, the home was in a nice quiet neighborhood and is beautiful and clean with comfortable beds, a lovely expansive living room, and all the amenities of home!

Hello! We're Bret and Michele - so nice to meet you! When we took a trip to Sanibel Island a few years ago, we fell in love with SW Florida. Less than a year later, we bought BaMaLoosa Cove to enjoy the warm Florida sun and escape the cold weather in MN. The property name is a combination of our names and the surrounding Caloosahatchee River community. We've put a lot of love into BaMaLoosa Cove and plan to continue updating it. We hope you enjoy the home and this beautiful area as much as we do!

BaMaLoosa Cove is nestled in a quiet, private neighborhood on the corner of two dead-end streets - so there is no through traffic. Plus, our home is conveniently located just a few miles from downtown Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and the beautiful Sanibel & Captiva Islands.

Although our home is within walking distance of a couple great restaurants and shops, you will need a vehicle to get around.

BaMaLoosa Cove is minutes from the quaint and bustling, downtown Fort Myers. There is always something going on downtown - it's really a must-see!

When you're not relaxing by the pool, we encourage you to explore the amazing activities in the surrounding areas. Several stunning beaches are nearby plus waterparks, water sports, golf courses, and eco-tours are all close and provide fun for the whole family. Enjoy your stay!
