Salty Dog is a beautiful custom home built in 2023, located in the Country Club gated community. The home sleeps 26, and this 6 bedroom, 6 ½ bath will be perfect for the multi-family Frio River vacation. The open living and dining area is spacious for large gatherings. The covered patio and outdoor kitchen areas are an extension for your enjoyment and entertaining. The pool has a built-in hot tub available 365 days a year. The perfect home for your Frio family vacation! The home has bedrooms inside the main house, with three additional private bedrooms outside the main home giving you and your family plenty of space to spread out. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there is also a half bath near the pool. The home is spacious for large gatherings with a large outdoor island and provides ample space for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor covered patio offers an additional area for your enjoyment and entertainment. The breezeway is the perfect covered area to play cornhole, or sit and enjoy family time outdoors. Outside you will have a second refrigerator, and a covered bar/dining area to enjoy. The home has a private pool and hot tub perfect for everyone, a fire pit, s'mores are always a must, and a BBQ pit. Just remember, when you are on Frio time no one should ever be "salty" unless it's on the rim of your drink!

To help keep the cost of your rental down, we offer our guests the option to bring their own Linens and Towels. We do offer the option to rent them at an extra cost. If you want to rent linens and towels for your stay, please allow us 3 weeks prior to arrival notice. Make note that we do have a limited supply and cannot guarantee we will have lines and towels readily available.
