With a sparkling outdoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, and plenty of room for the kids to play, it’s the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and make unforgettable memories.

The Space:
★ABOUT THE HOME★
We can’t wait to tell you about the nitty-gritty details of this home–but first, here are the basics we know you’re curious about:
✔ 3 bedrooms for up to 6 adults + 2 kids: In this house, nobody’s getting stuck on the sleeper sofa. With two king beds and two double beds spread across three private bedrooms, there’s room for everyone to sleep like royalty.
✔ 2 full bathrooms: Two semi-private bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, each have their own vanities and showers.
✔ 10-minute walk to the beach: Beach access sits across Perdido Beach Boulevard, which means you’re just about 10 minutes away from salty air and sandy toes!
✔ Dedicated beach parking, crosswalk, and boardwalk: If you'd like a shorter walk, park at one of the eight community beach parking spots immediately across the street from the beach and take the crosswalk to the community boardwalk - your toes will be in the sand in no time at all!
✔ Outdoor pool: If you’re not feeling like a 10-minute walk to the beach, how about a 10-second walk to the pool? Take a dip or relax in reclining poolside chairs at the private pool, accessible only to guests of the community.
✔ Tennis + basketball courts: Hit the tennis or basketball courts to settle–once and for all–who’s the true family champ. As for the loser? Sounds like the Waffle House run is on them.

This light + breezy living room is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and settle into your vacation! Lean back on the couch and put on your favorite show while you sip your coffee and get excited about what the day holds. When the sun goes down, this turns into the perfect space for a family game of charades or a spontaneous dance party.

No one’s getting relegated to a pull-out sofa here (unless couch sleeping is your jam… in which case, we fully support you). Three private bedrooms allow everyone to have a little touch of luxury away from the common areas.

★TWO FULL BATHROOMS★
Two vanities + two showers will keep the “Hurry up!” door knocking to a minimum. Whoever won the coin toss for the primary suite will also share their bathroom with the common areas, while the two additional bedrooms will share the upstairs bathroom.

★10-MINUTE WALK TO BEACH★
It’s just a 10-minute walk between your home and sweet, beachy freedom. You can safely cross Perdido Beach Boulevard at a designated crosswalk just slightly east of the property, and head straight down to the sand from there. Dedicated beach parking is also available at one of the eight community beach parking spots immediately across the street from the beach and community boardwalk.

If you’d prefer, you can also take a 5-minute drive down the road to Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access, where you can park your car and head straight to the coastline. We recommend this option for anybody with mobility concerns–Cotton Bayou has ADA beach access mats that make it easy for everyone to get onto the sand!

★COMMUNITY POOL★
Maybe you’re too tired to walk. Or maybe there’s rain in the forecast and you want to catch the 5-minute break between showers. Whatever the reason: if you’re looking forward to some poolside napping, you’re in luck! The community pool will be just a few steps from your door.

★BASKETBALL + TENNIS COURTS★
Who’s ready to duke it out on the courts? Whether you’re blowing off steam with some solo shots or having the most epic kids-versus-adults tennis battle in your family’s history, the courts will be ready to welcome you when the extra energy rush hits.

Guest Access:
This is a private home that’s all yours during your stay! You’ll have room to park two cars: one in the private garage, and one on the driveway. Please note that parking is not permitted on the grass, in the street, or in front of dumpsters, but you can idle in the street for 20-30 minutes with your hazard lights on to unload your car if you need. Additional cars can be parked at the community’s clubhouse, tennis court parking areas, and other designated parking spaces throughout the community for up to 3 days–just give us a heads up if you need to bring along a 3rd car.

You’ll enter the property via a door code that’s unique to your group, which we’ll confirm with you before your trip starts.

The Neighborhood:
Hungry? Thirsty? Craving adventure? If so, here are some local spots we think you’ll love!

✔ Cotton Bayou Public Beach Access: This is a great beach access point if you prefer to drive across the street, or if anybody in your group has mobility concerns. Next to the public parking lot are public restrooms, outdoor showers, and an ADA beach access mat. Plus, you’ll be right next to one of our favorite local spots, CoastAL, where you can grab a beachside drink or sit down for a meal!
✔ CoastAL: This beachside fave serves up breakfast, lunch, dinner, and more, all with a side of live music and great vibes. With a kids’ menu for the little ones, a beachfront bar for the grown-ups, and some of our favorite local desserts, everyone can find something to love here!
✔ City Donut: Tucked away in the nearby Publix shopping center, City Donut is one of our favorite hidden gems in Orange Beach. Besides the obvious to-die-for fresh-baked donuts, they also serve “donut sliders” (fresh donuts filled with ice cream and heated on a panini press–we’re drooling just thinking about it), several flavors of ice cream, and boba drinks.
✔ Beachside Mini Golf: If you want to mix up your beachy vacation activities, head to Beachside Mini Golf, just a quick 5-minute drive up the road. Whether you’re sinking putts like a pro or you’re perpetually stuck in the windmill, it’s all part of the fun.
✔ Waffle House: We probably don’t need to tell you why Waffle House is great. Whether you need a quick breakfast or a late-night treat, you’ll be happy to know that the WaHo is just about a 5-minute walk from your home.

Just because you’re visiting in the “off season” doesn’t mean you have to miss out on fun and unique things to do in the area! Here are some happenings that keep the fun going through the winter months:
✔ Market at Perdido Key: Every second Sunday from September through December, check out The Market at Perdido Key at 3405 Gulf Beach Hwy for baked goods, art, produce, and more.
✔ Polar Bear Dip: If you’re around on New Year’s Day, head to the Flora-Bama for the Polar Bear Dip and take a chilly plunge in the Gulf!
✔ Fort Morgan Oyster Fest: Get excited, fellow oyster lovers. The Fort Morgan Oyster Fest comes around the last weekend of every February and features all-you-can-eat oysters prepared in every way you could possibly think of.

Getting Around:
We recommend arriving at your vacation home by car and having a personal or rented vehicle present to help you get around the area. You’ll have space to store two cars right outside your home–one in the garage, and one on the driveway. Please note that parking is not permitted on the grass or in the street.

Flying into the Orange Beach area is about to get way easier, too: beginning in May 2025, Allegiant Airlines will offer nonstop flights from Fayetteville, Arkansas; Belleville, Illinois; and Knoxville, Cincinnati, Houston, and Kansas City right into Gulf Shores International Airport! Flights are also available into Pensacola International Airport (about 40 miles from Orange Beach) and Mobile Regional Airport (about 70 miles from Orange Beach) from other U.S. cities.

Some rideshare services may be available on demand, depending on availability. Ask us about shuttle, ferry, and party bus rental options, too!
