Take a stroll down Newark Ave, a pedestrian-only groove just 2 blocks away, where the eats and drinks are flowing. Head 2 blocks the other way, and you’ll hit Van Vorst Park—complete with lush lawns, playgrounds, a groovy gazebo, and even the occasional farmers market.

Need to get your NYC fix? The Grove St PATH Station is just a 10-minute walk through some super cute, chill residential streets!

Guests have full, private access to the 2nd-floor apartment in this charming brownstone. You’ll need to head up a set of stairs to the front door and then another set to reach your cozy retreat. Enjoy your own space and privacy!

The living room features a plush couch and a 55-inch smart TV for movies in, as well as some board games and blankets for a cozy game night. The couch transforms into a queen size bed.

Off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern large appliances as well as multiple small appliances, and all the cookware you need to whip up your favorite dishes, along with plenty of counter space. A dining room table that seats up to 4 is the perfect place to gather for a meal.

Hop on the PATH train for a smooth ride to NYC and Newark Airport! It’s just a 7-minute trip to the World Trade Center in Manhattan. For Newark Airport, you’ve got easy access via the PATH, and it’s a quick 20-minute Uber or Lyft ride.

Parking’s not included, but don’t sweat it—there are some solid options nearby! I dig the Columbus Garage LLC at 66 Christopher Columbus Drive, Jersey City, NJ 07302. Last I checked, it’s around $28 a day, and it’s right next to the Grove Street PATH into NYC.

As for street parking, weekdays are for the locals—there’s a two-hour limit Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. But come nights and weekends, you’re free to park on the street without a hitch! Far out, right?
