Welcome to Solaris Retreat, a stunning 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom vacation townhome in the highly sought-after gated Solara Resort. Designed with both comfort and style in mind, this home accommodates up to 10 guests and is perfect for families and groups looking to stay just minutes from Orlando’s world-famous attractions.

The spacious layout includes three King bedrooms with private bathrooms, plus fun-themed rooms for the kids—Star Wars and Frozen—making it as magical inside as it is outside. The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a large dining space, and a cozy living room for relaxing evenings.

Step outside to your own private screened-in oasis, complete with a sparkling pool, spillover spa, sun loungers, and outdoor seating—the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure.

As part of the Solara Resort, guests also enjoy access to incredible amenities including a resort-style pool, lazy river, fitness center, kids’ splash zone, and more—ensuring every day of your stay is filled with fun and relaxation.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Beautiful home that fit all our families needs for a great home Base for our vacation. Clean house, newer appliances, loved the themed rooms for the kids, plenty of space to spread out and relax. The pool and sitting area outback was a great place to end the day.

Our stay was from Dec. 19-28. The house was very comfortable and exactly as shown. The only complaint was the Bar Stools were extremely uncomfortable. Cushions had seen better days. Would definitely stay here again. We were so busy that we didn’t get a chance to use the Resort.

Place was a great size, clean and great location. There were not enough towels for 8 people staying 6 nights. Upstairs shower doors needed maintenance. There was only 1 roll of papertowels, 2 trashbags, and 1 dishwasher pod provided. Overall it was a great value.

Loved that 3 of the 5 bedrooms have their own master bath! My granddaughter loved the frozen decorated room. Loved the lay out with a small sitting area upstairs. Downstairs is not large but well laid out with open kitchen, dining and living area that has a sliding glass door to the outdoor small pool. Close to the Disney parks. It usually took about 20 minutes. I would rent this property again!

The sheets to 5 of the beds were dirty. It took 24 hours to get fresh sheets. The host only drop off 2 sets of sheets and wouldn’t drop anymore off. I had to buy detergent and wash the sheets.The house didn’t have wash clothes or soap.The gate would open sometimes but not always.The beds were uncomfortable.

The property was great. Accessing the estate through the entry gate was sometimes dodgy. Communication with the property managers via email was fantastic. Can’t say the same for reaching them by phone which could be frustrating.

Perfect family rental!

This property was perfect for our family vacation to Orlando. Traffic getting to and from Orlando can be a nuisance, especially on the weekend. But this property is perfectly located between Disney and Universal. The private pool was a hit with all the kids and teens. Property management was very quick to respond when we had some minor issues upon arrival. Overall, this property was perfect for our group of 7. Will definitely stay here next time we’re in Orlando.

The Kitchen was infested with tiny roaches. It was horrendousI have picture and video proofShorty before check in i was informed that my original vrbo location is no longer available and i was placed in another location. Extremely upsetting. Property management has been incognito since my complaints were filled with vrbo.

Arrived early after call to get early check in.There were 7 of us. 1 towel per bathroom. no paper towels, no kitchen dish soap or dishwasher pods. Called and had speedy delivery for above items, but light bulbs all over the house were burnt out, batteries were dead in 3 remotes, light fixtures were missing in master bath above sink, andcloset in one room had no light.and weird Master bedroom had no closet to hang clothes?The garbage bags were so cheap if you put anything thing in them the bags tore apart, being a pain to gather up and use OTHER bags to take out garbage. Other things like NO parking spaces available were annoying!The place was clean but not what I would call a comfortable stay.

Overall I would and do plan to book and stay again. The pool was nice, but we didn’t get to use it other than soaking our tired feet. The only real issue was communication with the host. I feel there may have been a language barrier and we were not understanding each other. Now that I know the check in and out procedures and that I do need to bring my own trash bags next time I’ll be alright. The gate coming in to the resort was a problem for us every night. We were often left waiting for a while to the point we just drove in through the exit. That’s not the host fault but security. Very close to all Disney locations. No more than 15-20 minutes to all 4 parks and Disney Springs. Other than that we really just slept here, we didn’t use any appliances or amenities. Too busy out and about at the parks.

Great house terrible communication with resort host company

The place is beautiful clean and very nice! However the communication with the host company was a complete JOKE. Asked for early check in was told to call 24 hr prior to stay … I did … then she said to message back after 12 the day of check in …. I did waited for a response for an hr then was told the protest wouldn’t be ready before 330 due to they were still cleaning it …. Which was lies because we parked in the drive way for an hour and no one was in the place … messaged for the door code responded back saying they were emailed … checked email and no they were not. Had to call the company because the Roberta lady wasn’t willing to communicate and by calling I mean call and stay on hold 20 minutes to get someone 3 times before a nice gentleman finally verbally gave me the code … the stay gets 5 stars but Roberta gets -10….

Our family of 8 ( 5 adults and 3 young children) enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for all of us. The host answered all questions in a timely manner and advised us who to call when we were having issues with the pool not being heated. A service person came out and resolved the issue.We would recommend this property to other families looking to stay in the Orlando area.
