Check out this beautifully built custom log cabin minutes from downtown French Lick. The cabin sits on 40 acres across the road from the Valley Links Golf Course. You'll be a mile from the Pete Dye Course and the Donald Ross Course. Also, you'll have the French Lick Casino a mile and a half away. Enjoy the great views from the wrap around porch or go for a hike on one of the many hiking trails throughout the Hoosier National Forest. This cabin has plenty of room.
The space
There are three spacious bedrooms plus a loft area with a pull out murphy chest bed. It has 2.5 baths and you will love the walk in marble shower. Enjoy an open kitchen, dining, and living room area perfect for entertaining. Whether you are visiting French Lick to golf, fish at Patoka, ski at Paoli Peaks, visit the wineries, hike, ride the Polar Express, visit the casino, or simply looking to get away this cabin's location is perfect for you.

The gravel drive is pretty steep at one point. In inclement weather it could be slick. During winter months a 4-wheel drive is highly recommended.

Such a beautiful location for family to gather. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked with all we needed for our visit. We loved the quiet setting, particularly the front porch. Most of our time was spent relaxing and visiting on the porch. Definitely saving this home for future visits to the area.
Definitely the most popular spot. Super comfy furniture to relax and visit in.
Great table for an afternoon of card games!
The drive in was just gorgeous. Most of the roads around the property look like this.
Fall colors were just beginning. Our granddaughter was a big fan of the view.

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin in French Lick. The weather was perfect for being outside and enjoying the wrap around porch. There was plenty of room for our family to enjoy our time together. The cabin is well located to town for enjoying all French Lick has to offer.

We celebrated our dad’s 89th birthday at the cabin. Great memories made. The cabin is beautiful, clean and secluded. We will be back next year to celebrate his 90th!Planning on a girls get away in 2026!!!

The cabin is even better than the listing. It is located very close to the golf course, hotels, and resorts. We could not have had a better location, and the tranquility of the woods, the beautiful stars at night, the trees. It is amazing. All of the beds were so comfortable and warm, the kitchen was stocked and a wonderful place to cook our meals. We really enjoyed the yard and only wish we had more time to explore and enjoy all that this property offers.

Beautiful cabin in the woods with outside firepit! The wrap around porch was so cozy to have coffee in the am and a girls dance party at night . Very close to the resorts too. Would definately stay again!

Really cool spot up in the woods, extremely private. Very nice house and well kept. We would stay again, but I will say we couldn’t get our van all the way up the driveway so if you don’t have 4 wheel drive you may struggle with that. Water pressure also left something to be desired but overall it was a great experience!
