Cozy Cabin - Close to French Lick and Patoka Lake

Fully furnished cabin with a full kitchen, laundry room, 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and satellite TV's, an open loft with 2 queen beds, ping pong table, and laundry room. Located 5 miles from French Lick where you can enjoy shopping, the casino, train museum, water park or winery to name a few. Enjoy Patoka lake in the Summer and Paoli peaks for some skiing in the Winter.

Perfect area to relax with friends/family while enjoying the sites and sounds of nature.

A few things to note - given the remote nature of this property, there is not currently internet in the area. We are on the waitlist for Starlink and hope to have it soon. Cell service can be spotty in the cabin but I usually have 1-2 bars that is good enough for texts and calls. Other phone usage can be limited. There is one large hill on the gravel county road leading back to the cabin. I take my Ford Fusion Hybrid back there all the time so access isn’t an issue outside of heavy snow conditions (4x4 recommended then) but want guests to be aware of the terrain.

What an awesome place to stay while enjoying the golf trips in French Lick! It was the perfect place for our family with teenage kids. We enjoyed the peace and quiet setting, located only minutes from town.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin. From the moment we arrived, it felt comfortable, inviting, and perfectly set up to relax and enjoy our time together. The cabin had plenty of space for everyone to spread out, yet still felt warm and homey. The beds and seating were incredibly comfy, making it easy to unwind after a long day.The ping pong table was a huge hit and added so much fun to our stay. We spent hours playing and laughing together. One of our favorite touches was the Christmas tree - it made the cabin feel extra special and festive and really added to the cozy atmosphere.This place truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely love to come back.

One, I needed to adjust dates and they were very accommodating! Two, incredible cabin…AMAZING. Away from the hustle & bustle…WOODS…quiet…serene…as described. Three, the NEW Internet worked perfectly…specifically with the younger gen for connectedness. Four, our first fam outing couldn’t have been any better thanks to the host!I cannot say enough about the experience we had…we were def blessed. THANKS AGAIN

Girls weekend

Property was perfect. Great woodsy location just a few miles from French Lick. The property was clean and well stocked. The host has an arrangement of activities at the property from yard darts and ping pong tables to family games and a fire pit. We had a wonderful time.

Great cabin

Excellent vacation spot . But if you’re going to ride motorcycles you might want to reconsider this location unless you are very experienced riders! One mile of loose rocks on gravel road and a very steep hill up and down! Other than that it’s awesome!

Nice and secluded

I, along with several friends, spent the week-end and had a great time! Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. This property can be tricky to find but if you have a good gps it will get you close! Lovely cabin with lots of space for the 6 of us. Patoka Lake and French Lick are very close.

Lovely Fall Family Get-Away

We came to French Lick for a long weekend with our teens and our dog. We had a nice, quiet, relaxing vacation. The cabin was as advertised and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed all the board games and ping-pong table and we all enjoyed evenings around the fire pit. The description is correct in that there is no wi-fi and nearly zero cell phone service, which was somewhat refreshing for us. The ONLY down-side is that we are big sports fans and the Dish package at the cabin did not include any sports channels, so we were unable to watch our favorite teams play football over the weekend, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. We would definitely recommend picking up some delicious deli sandwiches from the Nicholson Valley Grocery, visiting the Gastof Amish Village and going to the Wilstem Animal Park. There are also lots of local restaurants and shops to visit in French Lick. Overall we had a very nice trip and would definitely stay again.

Amazing cabin

We absolutely loved the location the cleanliness of the property was amazing. We had so much fun. Everything was easily accessible but you felt like you were so far away from regular civilization. The stars at night are beautiful from this cabin. Highly recommend this place! We will definitely be back.

The Best of Everything

We stayed at this cabin for a Pure Soul Paddle Board Yoga Retreat. The location offered privacy, comfort, and space for our group retreat. The location is close to town and Patoka Lake, this was great to get the best of everything French Lick has to offer!

Great cabin near French Lick

Cabin was clean and very nice, had everything we needed for our stay. Close to French Lick and all it has to offer. Enjoyed the Wildlife Safari park, go karts and eating out. It was very quiet and peaceful and a nice place to stay. Owners were very responsive and we loved s’mores over the fire pit each night.
