my brother and I accumulated this house when our father passed. He was a snowbird for many years and then permanently moved to Florida so this became our vacation home to go down and visit with our father. We love staying at the house, so close to the beach the neighbors are great. The area is exceptional. It is very relaxing and peaceful.

This was my father‘s house after being a snowbird. He moved down there permanently. He could not take a better neighborhood because the neighbors are exceptional.
What makes this property unique
It’s in a great neighborhood, reasonably priced, has plenty of sleeping room and entertainment. Recently updated and more updates to come.
