Everything about our stay was amazing. This place is just beautiful, and it was within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do while we were there. Corey, our host, was great; easy to get ahold of if we needed to. The place is located in a nice, quiet area, which we truly enjoyed, as we were looking for a great place to have some downtime. Hot tub was amazing, great way to spend the weekend! Would highly recommend checking this place out. If it's available for our next Girls' Weekend, we will stay again.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet part of Sioux Falls with an easy drive to anything you want to do in the city. The sauna and hot tub were great additions to a relaxing weekend and Corey was great to work with.

Just what we needed! Our family (my wife, myself, my teenage son and mother-in-law), was in town from out of state for my daughter's college graduation. We needed 3 bedrooms and space to socialize. This property worked out perfectly. So much more convenient than a hotel. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversations.

Girls weekend

We stayed her for a weekend getaway with two friends! It was absolutely perfect as we were able to just hang out and make use of the hot tub! There is also a bar and grill nearby with excellent service/food! It was the best and Corey was so wonderful as he was able to respond back to questions we had right away! We will definitely be going back!

Girls Weekend Getaway

High school friends had a mini reunion with a quick getaway to Sioux Falls. The townhome was the perfect place to stay. This rental is in a central location and short drive to downtown and the park system. Enjoyed all of the amenities this placed offered. Corey was responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Hope to return to Sioux Falls someday and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for what we needed

The house is spacious and clean! The beds are comfortable. Plenty of things you need like towels, dishes, cookware, etc. We were traveling with our 2 dogs. The yard is great for this, unfortunately we were there during baby bunny season and our dogs couldn’t be out there. BUT the neighborhood is wonderful and safe so we just walked them instead! If we return to the area we would stay here again.
