Bring your boat and take full advantage of our private dock, perfect for easy access to the water. Spend your days kayaking, fishing with our provided gear, or simply soaking in the peaceful views.

In the event of hurricanes or inclement weather, we do not issue refunds. Due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may become unavailable, and we cannot guarantee their availability. Should this occur, we will promptly inform our guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance year-round, especially during hurricane season.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Blue bins are only for recycling. If regular trash is found in the recycling bins, there will be an additional $100 charge.
This is a no smoking property. $500 charge for additional cleaning. No parties or events . Unauthorized parties/events will be charged $1500.
Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be kenneled if in the house alone. If pet hair is found on furniture a $100 cleaning fee will be issued.

The house was just what we needed for a long weekend visit with family nearby. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was great. Unfortunately the weather was cold, so the hot tub was much appreciated. Check in and out was easy and the host was very responsive!

Great place to stay if you enjoy being outside! The back yard has plenty of space and provided chairs, a few hammocks, etc to just hang out and enjoy the sun and the view. The house was very clean and accommodating. We had a group of 7 and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably.
