NEW Apartment Right Across the Street! With Parking Included!

SELF CHECK IN apartment is that across the street is
from the beach. The apartment is on GROUND FLOOR. Takes you less than a minute to be on the beach!!
The kitchen has everything and all of the apartment is new! the neighborhood is nice. you can see the space launch from the beach in front of the apartment! The Kennedy Space Center is 35 minutes away and Disney is 1:15 hr away! Pets are welcome, we charge a small fee.
Parking for 1 car, free wi-fi.

This apartment located in Indialantic at the city of Melbourne it has a lot of amazing bars, restaurants, pubs, cafes, right by the beach. and surrounded with several beaches with great waves, which is one of the best reasons for tourist to visit. Local surfers will delight you with their performance.

The bedroom is equipped with 1 very comfortable queen size bed, and has closet for your belongings and a full bathroom. You will also find a flat tv with 55’’. The living room has also a flat TV 55'' and you can also see the tv from the kitchen while you are cooking.

-Cable TV -Children friendly -Pet friendly ( house keeper charge a extra small fee) -Parking free
 The appliances are Stanless steel . We also provide towels and bed sheets. At night everything is dark because the city can't put any light because alters the life of the turtles.

About the neighborhood:The Public transportation one minute walk away. Local airport shuttle bus. Taxis are available. Centrally located. Easy to walk to shops, stores, restaurants, etc.
  One minute walk to restaurants and shops. 15 minutes to large shopping center with multiple restaurants, banks, shops, boutiques and more. Quiet, safe beach community. Many public parks, skate parks, ball fields, library, dog park, swimming pools, etc. Short 10 minute drive to Melbourne International Airport.
And just a short drive away is the Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Port Canaveral (where many cruise lines depart including the Disney Cruise Ship), and Cocoa Beach.
Check in at 4:00 pm, for $30 you can check in at 2:00 pm.
Check out at 11:00 am, for $30 you can check out at 1:00 pm.
I wanted to note that the A1A is. a busy street that you have to cross to get to the beach access, however there is a safe cross path one block away from the apartment.

Very nice.

My lady and I had a very nice stay it was very clean and organized and was exactly how they portrayed it to be. Mr Franco was quick to respond with any questions that we had. Very easy access to the beach right across A1A. We will definitely be staying there again.

Oceanside Cutie

The property was exactly as pictured and talked about. It was very convenient for us and we could walk to places to eat. Publix was so close as were a lot of things. There was some trouble that needed attention and it was dealt with right away and it was solved immediately. That was great! I would not hesitate to book there again. Only downsides...And this is coming from someone that has stayed in a lot of places that are not hotels and may be viewed as "picky"...no side tables or couch but two chairs for the TV in the living area (they were comfortable but no arms)...a good saute pan might be nice (the one there is heat warped) and few simple spices...salt and pepper, cinnamon...and a wall clock somewhere in the living area...but, other than that...A very nice stay. This is the area I grew up in and so much has changed and yet so much as stayed the same. It was good to be back.

Exactly as described. Location was perfect! We didn’t want to eat out every meal and had all the necessary tools to cook at home. We will definitely be back to rent this property.

Next door to a psychic which was interesting. Outside of building is a little rough. Apartment is updated, clean, and has everything you need. Can't beat the location to the ocean. Will rent again.

Great place for a weekend getaway!

Cute little place directly across from the beach. Tbey provided everything we needed for our stay. Manager answered question within 5 minutes online. Lots of places to eat nearby. Beautiful beach! We really enjoyed our stay!

Beach just across the road with easy access - sunrise walks are wonderful. Unit is clean, kitchen well stocked with cooking amenities, comfortable. Off street parking a plus. Owner very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Nice to work with him. Easy drive from here to many activities. I will stay here again as I liked the location and walking the beach.

It's a "Best buy" for the price

We just left and miss already. Small, but comfortable. Beds extremely comfortable. Everything you need to cook a meal. Or if prefer very close, some in walking distance, of great restraunts. And what can you say about the beach. Just a few steps across the street. Owners very responsive. Would stay again.

Great location and amenities

Owner was very friendly. The apartment was a great location with beach access across the street. They had a cooler, beach towels, chairs and an umbrella there for us to use which was very convenient. They only thing we struggled with was trying to get the AC in the living room to turn on at first and stay on. Other than that this made a great end to a amazing vacation.

Love the apartment's location. So close to the beaches. Owner is very quick to respond to all emails and very accommodating. :-) The appliances are great -- I did a lot of cooking while there. Kitchen is fully equipped!

Great spot right across from the beach!

It's a bit of an odd space but newly renovated, clean, and a short walk across the street to the beach. Like others have said it's on a busy road but we were never kept up by traffic and thought it was quiet. As promised there are towels, beach chairs, and a cooler which we definitely used! There is also a gas station right next door so I walked over for ice or drinks when needed. Great price and would stay again! Only thing I would have liked to have was a recycling bin but luckily we we found a big one on the sidewalk outside.
