Wonderful 3 bedroom, big fenced yard, bike path access, Jackson Hole Wyoming
Nestled in Jackson, this charming house offers 3 bedrooms with a mix of a queen bed, twin bed, and queen bed with futon mattress. The enchanting property boasts essential amenities like a washing machine / drier, hair dryer, smart tv, 5 channel stereo, coffee maker and WIFI. With 2 lovely bathrooms and a warm atmosphere, guests can unwind and relax in this beautiful retreat. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.
The Primary bedroom has a bathroom and walk in closet. There are also desks in the Primary Bedroom that have a view across the back yard and Rendezvous Bowl of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
The other bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a utility room with Washer and Drier, front Hall closet / pantry, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware you could desire.
The kitchen table has a leaf to seat more guests. There is a 55 in wall mounted TV with 6 channel stereo a couch and two large chairs to relax with.
The back porch has a table with umbrella, chairs and a BBQ grill.
The back yard is totally enclosed by a privacy fence and the front yard is landscaped.
The HOA precludes multiple rentals in one month so this is a great rental option for longer stays. They also discourage rentals of less than 30 days but please contact me with your requirements if you would like a shorter stay.
The garage will not be accessible but there is room for 2 cars in the driveway and there is on street parking in the summer. The gate to the back yard has options to padlock and there is semi covered areas on the back porch to store bikes and other gear.
This home is within 1 mile of Smith's Market and a 50 yards away from access to the towns wonderful bike path network.
The home has views of Teton Pass and the ski resort. Hike High School Butte, just around the corner, see the valley and Teton Pass from the top of the butte, it is beautiful.
*Renters agrees to be bound by and comply with the Landowner Protective Covenants/ conditions and Regulations of Cottonwood Park/ the Bylaws/ Rules and Regulations of the Association/ and the decisions of the Design Committee.

My job as a MSP and consultant allows flexible time to care for the property while it is rented as well as allows me to enjoy the ameneties that Jackson Hole has to offer; back country skiing, hiking, mountain biking just to name a few.
During the couse of my life in Jackson Hole I have worked as a climbing guide as well as other service industry positions. If you are seaking recommendations or informal company on outings please let me know and I will share my experience with you.

Cottonwood is a quite older neighborhood that is a pocket of pleasantness on the south side of town. It was close to the local paragliding site of high shool butte and Nelson's Butte back in the day when I was obsessed with flying ;) and my kids lived minutes from the local schools.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Lilac Ln is a seldom traveled section that connects the two halves of Corner Creek lane, which is a loop. Unless you live in one of the few houses on this street is seldom accessed making it a safe area for families with children. The yard is fully fenced making it safe for pets and the bike path is just on the other side of the neighbors house; close to walk to but any foot traffic adjacent foot traffic is removed.
