Freshly furnished, bright, comfortable 1-bed apartment blocks away from St. Patrick's Hospital, Downtown, and the Clark Fork River. Quick access to The University of Montana and recreation. Lofted ceilings, an open layout, and tall windows invite natural light into all the right places to make this efficiency unit feel airy and inviting.

The Missoula Fresh Market is within walking distance. Located three blocks from St. Patricks Hospital and a short walk from Downtown Missoula. This neighborhood is easy to access from the interstate.
The entire apartment is dedicated to your quiet enjoyment during your stay. There are two off street parking spaces available. Homeowner lives on site if anything is needed. The space is separate and private with a separate entrance.
The bedroom has a brand new queen size bed, large closet and dresser. The high ceilings make the space comfortable and spacious.
Missoula is easy to bike around. A Mountain Line bus stop is right around the corner and driving is easy in this neighborhood.
