This Old Frat House(TOFH)where all are welcome.Our historic 1930s fraternity house is now a boutique stay filled with comfort and Montana charm.With this rental, you’ll have the entire first floor to yourselves: a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms with Smart TVs,a spacious living room with big-screen TV & Xbox,and a backyard retreat w/ hammock, BBQ, fire pit,and dining areas.We live in a separate loft apartment upstairs & are available if you need us, but your space is completely private. Fun backyard with lounge areas, fire pit.House Rules: Max 6 guests•All must be 21+ ID-verified•No pets•No unregistered visitors•No smoking inside (backyard only)•No parties (platform policy).Directly across from the University of Montana only dorms are closer, walk to Clark Fork River,hiking,ski trails,the hip strip and high end shopping on Higgins downtown.the perfect spot for concerts,game days,and laid-back Missoula adventures.2parking spots available and there is additional 4 parking spots for$25/night

I’m Jenny, your host at This Old Frat House in Missoula, Montana. My family has called Montana home for seven generations, and hospitality runs in our roots — from running historic cafés to welcoming travelers from all over the world.
I love sharing Missoula’s unique mix of mountains, rivers, and music with guests. When I’m not hosting, you’ll find me floating the Clark Fork, exploring local trails, or cheering on the Griz.
As your host, my goal is to make you feel both comfortable and connected. I’m always nearby in my upstairs loft apartment if you need anything, but I also respect your privacy. Whether you’re here for a game, a concert, or a quiet getaway, I’m excited to help you experience the best of Missoula.

We chose Missoula’s University District because it’s truly the heart of the city. This neighborhood blends the energy of campus life with the charm of tree-lined streets and historic homes. From our front door you can walk to University of Montana games, concerts, and lectures, or stroll just a few blocks to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, and the artsy Hip Strip. Downtown Missoula is only minutes away, and the Clark Fork River with its walking trails and floating opportunities is right nearby.
What I love most is the balance this neighborhood offers. You’re steps from excitement, yet our backyard feels like a private retreat with hammocks, string lights, and deer wandering through. Add in free city buses that stop across the street, and it’s easy to explore without a car. It’s the perfect blend of convenience, community, and calm — everything that makes Missoula special.
