Easy parking, natural light, and a lovely patio make for an inviting stay - indoors or out. Walk or bike to the Old Sawmill district or downtown for a night out, or gather fresh organic veggies, sweets, and meats to create the charcuterie board of your dreams and enjoy a quiet meal crafted in our fully stocked kitchen!

The Riverfront neighborhood of Missoula has a little bit of everything for a visitor! From P4St you can walk to one of the best grocery stores in Missoula, and are blocks from the river trail which gets you downtown within minutes! Centrally located with great access while being out of the major hustle and bustle.

The entire unit is yours to enjoy and the patio is your private outdoor space.

Positively 4th St hosts a plush queen and twin daybed - perfect for a small family. Parking is immediately in front of the unit and you'll access the door through a spacious patio. Upon entering you'll be in the open-concept, well-appointed kitchen with table seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area with a comfortable TV viewing area and desk. There are laundry facilities on this floor as well as a good-sized bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Head upstairs to the sleeping floor where you'll find the queen bed, along with a twin daybed that is perfectly situated to bask in the sun as you enjoy an afternoon read!
