The open-concept first floor boasts a large living area, a queen bedroom with a full bath, and easy access to the laundry and outdoor shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, plus two additional rooms—a bunk room with full-size bunks and a cozy queen bedroom—sharing a full bath. Whether you’re relaxing inside or exploring nearby attractions, this home offers the perfect base for your beach retreat.
Guests have access to free parking at the home, 2 community pools, a deeded beach access, along with the entire home and outdoor area.

The neighborhood is centrally located to all things on 30A. The neighborhood has a deeded private beach access and two community pools, while only being a couple of miles away from Seaside and other communities along 30a.

The property is unique in it's location to the community pool and beach. The spacious layout makes for great memories to be had when not relaxing at the pool, beach, or cruising 30a.
