This charming 2-bedroom townhome in the Summer Lake Townhomes community offers a relaxing escape just minutes from the beach, dining, shopping, and more. Perfect for families, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and your dogs less than 25 lbs! (Non refundable Pet fee required-two dogs max)
Inside the Townhome:
Living Area: Cozy furnishings, beach-inspired décor, and a large 65' flat-screen TV for movie nights after a day at the beach.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils for easy meal prep. The kitchen flows into the dining area, with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar.
Half Bath off the Kitchen area for convenient downstairs usage.
Bedrooms:
Master: King bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Guest: Twin over Queen bed with Trundle, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Additional sleeping: Full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Outdoor: Enjoy the screened-in porch with outdoor seating, perfect for family meals and scenic lake views.
