Family Vacation with Moose

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to stay. It was easy to find and easy access to the beach. We loved the golf cart and will be staying with my vacation haven again. Only issue we had was internet did not work one night but it did come back on the next day. We were a little confused by checkout, we had thought we only had it rented till friday, and our app said it was checkout day, so we went ahead a left the property. We later found out that we had actually had it rented on that friday night even though the app had said it was checkout day. We arent sure what happened there.

Beautiful Views

We loved our stay. Great convenient location and wonderful open views out the back over the golf course. The house had everything we needed, the kitchen was well supplied and beds were comfy. We will definitely plan to stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed golf cart rides to the wharf and beach. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with all of your needs.

Perfect for the family

We had such a good stay at this VRBO. We really liked the space and how clean everything was. The kids really enjoyed watching/feeding all the turtles in the pond. We were however a little disappointed to get a call the day of our check in that our golf cart was broken and we would not have it for our stay, it was one of the reasons we booked this place and not one over on the ocean side, because we could still easily get there and not get the car all dirty. The kids were super bummed to have it sitting in the driveway and we couldn't even ride it, and it definitely made going over to the beach more of a chore. Another disappointment was we went to wash our dirty beach stuff two days after arrival only to discover our dryer was broken and wouldn't dry our clothing at all. The property manager was super easy to contact though and had it fixed the next day, so that was nice. They were always really easy to contact and work with, but we definitely had some hiccups with our stay.

Linkside 445- Annual Girl’s Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Linkside for our Annual Girl’s Trip. We like to try a new place every year. This will be our last time using Vacation Haven. Although the unit was perfect and beautiful, the golf cart did not work our entire stay and no one there was able to get the issue resolved. Although, we understand problems arise, no one at Vacation Haven would respond to our calls the 1st night we checked in (closed, after hours around 5pm). The communication was horrible and I constantly had to follow up with them to see if they had our golf cart fixed. Although the lady who contacted me yesterday told me the golf cart was inspected before we arrived and was working fine, this is not true. As soon as we tried to take it out the first time it left us stranded, having to get another family to help us get it back to the unit. We feel like we should be compensated for our lost time and inconvenience. We were never notified about the golf cart not working and would have NEVER stayed here without the golf cart. Very disappointed in the way Vacation Haven has handled this: they pretty much left us out to dry. They told me the golf cart is an amenity and not guaranteed, if that is the case you need to not advertise it on your website because we would have never rented this unit without a golf cart.

Great Location!

Great condo, great location

We had a great stay at this condo. It was close to everything, it was clean, and was stocked with everything we needed for our week in Destin. It also had beach chairs, but unfortunately the 2 umbrellas were broken, so we couldn't use them. The outdoor furniture could be updated as the bench by the pond was broken as well. Overall, the condo was great, we loved the golf cart, the view out back was amazing, and great location. We would definately come back. Thank you!

"Lovin' The View"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at 445 Linkside. It was decorated nicely and very clean. With it being pet friendly, it was perfect for our fur baby. The fenced in yard area was a plus and the small deck sitting on the water was a front row seat to a beautiful sunrise every morning. We would definitely stay here again. A couple things for next time...one of the bikes had a broken derailer and could not be used. Hopefully that gets fixed. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom needs just a little maintenance. I would also suggest to the owners a new rug for the living room. As I said before, we will definitely come back and I hope everyone enjoys their stay here and for sure take in that sunrise.
