The Riverside on Lakeshore Drive

Beautiful contemporary style home featuring a spacious, open concept layout with 3 bedrooms (2 King & 1 queen bed) & two full bathrooms. The house sits on a double lot overlooking 120' of the Tittabawassee River.
Close to 5 area wedding venues! Easy access off M-61 on a paved road. Currently we enjoy the natural flow of the Tittabawassee River but please note that there no good access point to get on/in the water. Restoration of the dam creating the lake is estimated to be complete in 2026.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Our family enjoyed this home. It was clean and comfortable, and located at a quiet spot along the river. The kitchen worked out well cooking meals, and we also enjoyed the shuffle board in the garage. We would stay again.

Great Home away from Home
