"The property was exactly as described and perfect for our stay. The owner lived close by, was very helpful if needed, but completely respected our privacy. The climate was just what we were hoping for—couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

Hosts were exceptionally friendly. Cabin was just what we needed for a girls weekend. Spent a lot of time on the deck watching the kayakers and pontoon boats. Very clean, quiet, and dark at night.

The cabin was clean, and homie. There’s everything you need and direct water access. Owners are available incase of any issues. I will stay again.

Great get-away cabin on a beautiful, serene river

Clean and comfortable cabin, nicely appointed, good kitchen, good deck, pretty waterfront with good fishing right out front. Owner was great and a good communicator. Hope to return next year.

Relaxing & Restful

Perfect size cabin for the four of us! The cabin is way more spacious than it looks. The lake and property are beautiful and we lacked for nothing. Mark was easy to work with and attentive to our needs. Will definitely stay again! Thanks for a great week!

Relaxing get away

Perfect get away by the water to disconnect from the hustle of life and reconnect as family. Cottage clean and has all basic amenities. Owner quick to respond and accommodate special requests. Would recommend.

Our trip was really nice and relaxing Mark was really helpful easy to communicate with and he helped us with everything we needed.cabin was clean,cozy, exactly like the pictures ,mark thought about every small detail in the house so he can save u trip to the store ,overall our stay was relaxing kids had fun Im looking forward to rent it again thank u mark!!

This is a wonderful property, even better than the pictures portray. Very clean, perfectly stocked and Mark and his wife are amazing people who really care!! We were so blessed by their hearts to go above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for more and I couldn’t say enough about what a great experience it was. Great Stay! Highly Recommend!

Cabin, location and hosts all wonderful! We had an amazing stay and hope to return! The cabin is just a couple yards from the lake with great fishing, quiet mornings and sunset dinners. Beautiful deck for grilling and relaxing. As well as many fun games for the yard and board games inside the cabin. Inside is decorated beautifully, stocked with many extras, super clean and cozy. It has beautiful new flooring which makes it feel bright, airy and welcoming. Also has an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining area and livingroom, which is great for cooking and relaxing. We took many walks and bike rides on the roads near by and enjoyed seeing deer, turtles, turkeys, raccoons and many other birds. Everything was so clean and taken care of with great care, it really felt like a home away from home. Mark and his wife are super friendly and accommodating as well! We would highly recommend!

Phenomenal Stay

This cabin is in my top 3 of all time rentals. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. The cabin is super cute, clean and comfortable. Sitting out on the deck was one of my favorite things to do. So peaceful and relaxing. But those things aren't what make this place PHENOMENAL. Mark and his wife have thought of everything down to having stuff to make S'mores and providing fire wood for campfires. Greeted me after I checked in and made sure I knew how to light the grill, start the tv and cable and gave great info on the area and where to find stores. He made sure I knew if I needed anything to call or text (they live right next door). If I was sitting outside he would holler over to make sure all was good. The last day there were thunderstorms and a tornado, his wife came over to make sure I knew about the tornado, which was very close. They have an adorable cat named Beans that would pop over for a visit, I enjoyed his visits, such a sweetie. I will be back when in this area again! This is the perfect place to relax and rest. Thank you again Mark for making this such an awesome experience and sharing your beautiful cabin.

Excellent Stay

Had a wonderful stay. Mark was very easy to communicate with. Cottage was comfortable and big enough for the two of us. Location is close to Lame Duck state area. Ten minutes to a couple of restaurants.

Excellent Accommodations!

My partner and I had a fantastic week! Fishing was great! Cabin was clean and super comfortable. The a/c and the bed in the bedroom made our stay so nice. Mark and Traci were excellent hosts, there when you needed them. We will be coming back!

Above and Beyond

Mark was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily.

Getaway to focus on Work

Perfect for me to have quiet so I could work. Lovely view of the water from my deck, which I used every morning and evening. This would be small for a family but OK for a couple. Great internet connection and TV choices at night. Clean, tidy, and smores ingredients! I'll bring firewood and a friend when I stay there again.
