NEWLY RENOVATED IN 2021 2 BEDROOM BEACHFRONT CONDO

Long Beach Resort has the best floor plan on the beach with floor-to-ceiling windows which provide a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico's emerald green water and the soft white sand. A large covered Gulf-front balcony gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beach, relax with a good book, or enjoy a glass of wine rain or shine.

Located on the eighth floor, Tower one, this spacious 1400 square foot condo has everything you need for a home away from home. We take pride in its cleanliness and have a wonderful housekeeper who makes sure it is in top condition when you arrive. It is our vacation home and we are happy to have the opportunity to share it with great people.

When looking for oceanfront property, we had a difficult time finding a condo that provided the expansive views of the ocean and beach that we desired. Most of the units we were shown had limited visibility of the Gulf ("Gulf View") and provided only one room with "views" of the Gulf. It was for this reason that we chose Long Beach Resort. With its floor-to-ceiling "Gulf Front" views from all the main living areas - the master bedroom, guest bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen - it was exactly what we were looking for. We believe you, too, will love the complete views of the Gulf just as much as we do! It does not get much better than to be able to hear and see the waves lap against the sand - even if it is raining outside! What a relaxing sight/sound!

Now for the details... We have completely renovated the condo with all new flooring throughout, new cabinetry and vanities including new countertops, fixtures, and sinks in the kitchen and both bathrooms. We replaced all appliances with new ones -refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, washer, dryer, and water heater. We replaced the ceilings and lighting in both bathrooms and installed a new master walk-in shower with new fixtures. We continue to update our photos so please check back often as we continue to update our condo with new furniture, bedding, and accessories.

The updated master bedroom suite includes a king-size bed, television, ceiling fan, full-size dresser and two smaller dressers. It has its own door that leads to the balcony and a walk-in-closet with an iron and ironing board. Included in the master bedroom suite is also the master bath. The bath has a brand new double sink vanity with a separate room that includes a new walk-in shower, as stated above, and toiletry area.

The second bedroom includes two queen beds, a reading chair, television, ceiling fan, a full-size dresser, small chest, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom also includes a newly renovated full bath with double sink vanity and shower/tub. This bedroom has its own door that leads to the balcony as well.

Located between the two bedrooms you will find the living and dining areas, a full-service kitchen, and a room for your laundering needs.

The newly renovated kitchen - new flooring, countertops, and lighting - is equipped with everything needed for cooking as well as entertaining and includes all new major appliances - refrigerator with icemaker, range, oven, dishwasher, and microwave - and a blender, hand mixer, coffeemaker, toaster, cookware, cooking utensils, dinnerware, flatware, glassware and much more. The kitchen leads to the laundry room where a new washer, dryer and drying rack are available for your use.

As you leave the kitchen, you enter the dining area. The glass top dining table comfortably seats six people with additional seating available at the bar for two.

The living area is completely new as well and includes a 60" smart television, sectional sofa that comfortably seats 6 people, coffee table, end table and lamp, and ceiling fan. Also available in the television stand are books and several family-oriented board games for your pleasure.

Before I forget to mention it, we provide two prepaid beach lounge chairs with an umbrella (Mid-March through End-October) for your enjoyment. Valued at $225 per week.

Besides all the comforts of home, we provide bath towels, trash bags, facial tissue, toilet tissue, dish detergent, and bath and hand soap. For your convenience, an iron, ironing board, and hair dryers are also available. If you would like to purchase groceries or find that you forgot something, three large supermarkets are within five miles. One is within walking distance of the resort. A drugstore is located within walking distance as well.

Long Beach Resort is a gated community and provides 24 hour security. You will find plenty of parking available even during the busy summer season. To unload/load your vehicle, you can pull under the covered loading/unloading area. The automatic doors, two elevators, and availability of luggage carts make this an even easier task.

The Resort offers many amenities to its guests including secure beach access with showering areas, a large lagoon pool with waterfalls and islands with palm trees, two Polynesian pools which are heated seasonally, three Jacuzzi spas, charcoal grills and picnic tables. The Hangout, the resort’s bar and grill, whose menu includes items for lunch, late-morning and late-afternoon snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages offers great food, is extremely convenient and is open in-season.

Long Beach Resort is convenient to many good restaurants including Dee's Hang Out, Sharkeys, Saltwater Grill and Captain Anderson’s. You can walk a few steps down the beach to Pineapple Willy’s.

Panama City Beach has numerous activities for families. Some of the more popular activities include Gulf World Marine Park, the Zoo, Shipwreck Island Water Park, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Wonder Works, golf and miniature golf, go carts, amusement rides, scooter rentals, shopping, and bowling.

St. Andrews State Park is the perfect place for nature lovers and for those who love to fish, canoe, kayak, snorkel, scuba dive and hike. It is a great place to spend several hours picnicking under the large covered pavilions and walking along the jetties.

Pier Park is a family entertainment and shopping area located five miles from Long Beach Resort. You can find something for everyone there: restaurants, live music nightly, shopping for all interests, and a movie theater. Amusement rides and concerts are offered in-season.

Frank Brown Recreational Park, located near Pier Park, has over two hundred acres dedicated for outdoor recreation activities. If you have small children, you cannot find a better playground or outdoor aquatic center in the PCB area. The aquatic center includes a heated/cooled 50 meter Olympic pool and a 5,000 square foot splash park. The playground, picnic areas, freshwater youth fishing lake, green way and trails are open to the public year round. Also available are tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffle-board courts, baseball/softball fields, T-ball fields, soccer fields, and football fields. RENTAL POLICY: Our condo is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed per homeowner association rules. Renters must be 25 years or older and must personally occupy the condo during the entire rental term.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations are not final until confirmed with the property manager/owner and a refundable security deposit is received.
