Welcome to our charming place nestled just outside the vibrant city ofLittle Rock! Vintage charm meets contemporary comfort, creating a cozy and nostalgic ambience. Relax and plush retro, inspired rooms, enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind on the large front porch. Both bathrooms feature, modern amenities, where fresh towels, toiletries, and great water pressure await you. Our rental offers the perfect blend of convenience and serenity. We can’t wait to welcome you!

The space
Primary suite with one queen bed. Second bedroom with one twin bed.

This is a one owner 2016 single wide mobile home. It is not ADA accessible; there are three steps to the front porch and both showers require step in. Host conveniently lives next door.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire interior, front porch, parking area, and small grassy yard.

Other things to note
All guests must be registered through the booking site. The main reserving guest must stay all night. No parties, no filming, no pets, no smoking/vaping.

This place was beautiful. They have paid attention to small details that really made us feel at home. From snacks, to coffee, sugar, water bottles and ice to multiple charging stations and details in the bathrooms. The property is beautiful and we felt welcomed and safe. Will stay here again!

Short but Sweet stay!

We had a short overnight trip and overall it was A! From the communication to the actual property. It was perfect! Will definitely stay again if we go back to Arkansas!

This home is so nice, clean, and smells great. It was perfect for our needs so much more comfortable than a hotel. Our host was very available for any questions or concerns. The house had all of the little necessities needed for a short stay. Soap, clean linen, coffee k-cups just a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a quiet vacation. I only want to stay here every time I visit Arkansas .
