The space
Our cozy home is nestled among modern row homes, just steps from vibrant galleries, trendy restaurants, and hip bars. Our beautifully appointed rooms feature clean modern appeal, high ceilings, and large windows that bathe the space in natural light. Each room is thoughtfully designed with comfortable furnishings, crisp linens, and amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a private deck for outdoor relaxation.
Our home is central to the best of both worlds – just minutes from trendy Fishtown and Center City Philadelphia. Explore nearby parks like Orkney Park or take a stroll along the Delaware River waterfront. We're within walking distance to public transportation, making it easy to explore all that Philly has to offer!
As your hosts, we're passionate about providing an exceptional experience for our guests. We pride ourselves on offering a welcoming atmosphere and personal touches like a customized guest book to the area, complete with our favorite hidden gems and local secrets.

The entire home is fully accessible with the exception of the roof and basement storage closet.
Other things to note
Before booking, we wanted our guest to understand a few things, so that we can set your expectations up front.
The neighborhood is extremely safe and that is due to the close knit community of the surrounding area, for that reason no parties, or noise will be tolerated. Please respect our neighbors and keep the volume down. Security cameras are installed to monitor for safety outside the front and rear doors.
In addition, max occupants are expected to be followed. No overnight guests other than those listed during your booking are permitted. Additional guest fees will be collected for any unauthorized visitors for the entirety of your stay. An inventory checklist is required to be reviewed within 24 hours of check-in to ensure nothing is missing or damaged.
Our home is completely smoke-free, both inside and out. Please do not smoke on the property or in close proximity to our windows.
We're here to provide an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Please treat our home with respect and leave it in the same condition as you found it.
