You’re just a 5 min drive from the beutiful white sandy beaches of Naples! Multiple bars and restaurants within walking distance! 3 miles north of world class dining on 5th Ave and 10 mins south of Mercado. Located on a quiet street. This is an ideal spot for a weekend or week long getaway!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all used bath towels are either left hanging in the bathroom or left on the shower floor.
Please DO NOT strip the bed. We need to look at the sheets to make sure they do not need to be treated for stains before washing them. If you strip the bed it actually makes for more work for us.
Please make sure you have washed any dirty dishes and either left them to dry or put them back in the cupboard. There is no need for you to take out the trash. We are happy to do that.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My wife (Jess) is an ICU nurse. We have three grown kids between the ages of 19-24. We’re snow birds and live in Naples FL 6 months of the year where we have 2 small Airbnb guest cottages on our property right next to our own cozy cottage, 5 mins from the Gulf of America!

Why they chose this property
We love the fact that our neighborhood is quiet and safe. Our street gets very little traffic, but is within walking distance to many great little locally owned cafes and bars!
What makes this property unique
Our two Naples cottages have tastefully updated coastal decor and are perfect for a warm getaway on a middle class budget. Similar hotels may offer a mini fridge, but for the same price point (often times less) you get a fully equipped kitchen if you feel like making your own meals, as well as a large comfy couch. You can also park right at the front entrance. We offer free use of our laundry facilities and beach chairs.
