Naples Vanderbilt Beach Getaway

Location! Walk to Vanderbilt Beach, about 500 feet for toes in the SAND! Or Take the elevator to the ROOF TOP POOL. Beach equipment provided. Pool is Heated. Residence is very comfortably equipped. Great place to relax and enjoy Florida winter weather or summer beach fun. Covered parking, screened lanai with table and chairs are great for morning coffee or evening drinks. Very Close to shopping, restaurants and night life.

Located across from Naples Vanderbilt Beach and Ritz Carlton. Residence is a 1 bedroom-Queen bed, 1 bath, kitchen with island, comfortable living room with sofa (pull-out) and chairs. New flooring, The lanai is screened, with table and chairs Wifi, TV's (bedroom and living room) washer/dyer in residence, fully equipped kitchen with ice maker. Beach cooler, towels, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach provided. Pool is roof top. There are several restaurants within short distance of residence - Turtle Club, Ritz Carlton, Buzz's Lighthouse are just a few within walking distance. On maps you can review close by restaurants as there are many a short distance away. Grocery stores, Publix, Trader Joe's, Seed to Table and Whole Foods all minutes from residence. This is a gem in Naples. Very comfortable with everything you need to relax and enjoy all that Naples, FL has to offer. ***Please see additional information under note for construction in area***Rates have taken this into account. Other things to note
Naples is a growing vibrant community that is a very desired paradise oasis. With that there is always growth and building going on.

There is a new complex being built, Ritz Carlton Residences, surrounding this area of Vanderbilt Beach. Roads are paved and new sidewalks and landscaping are in place. No construction is being done on this property but there is a tower to the south and villas to the north being built.
There will be construction noise during the day on week days and moving of construction equipment on the surrounding roadway. There is no construction on this property. We will provide any updates as we get them. If you have specific questions let us know.

The picture of the bay from the lanai was not what you will see. They are building a condo building right outside the lanai blocking any view of the bay. The construction noise started at 6:30 in the morning. The jack hammers, beeping, whistles and machinery continued all day. The listing said construction in the area but condo was surrounded by the construction.

The condo was exactly as advertised - everything works, and you can tell care is taken to provide everything you'll need. It's not huge, but that's ok. You are warned there is construction next door, but with the doors shut it wasn't a distraction, at least not for us. It was kind of ironic since the rest of the Vanderbilt beach area is beautiful. It's easy to go to the beach or the many restaurants within a short walk or drive. Very pleasant stay.
