The rear of the home leads onto a spacious, covered carrera marble-clad porch which features a high-end modular sectional sofa, and a dining table that seats 10. Step off this porch on to a large beach sand lawn overlooking the white fine powder sand ocean beach just below. There you can walk for miles or swim in crystal clear waters. This is living in paradise!
