Salt House comfortably sleeps 8, with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, (4th bedroom -bunk beds in the main area of the private apartment) Outside, a private swimming pool is surrounded by spacious decks and screened-in porches—perfect for sunny lounging or shaded afternoon reads. A beach path leads directly from the house to the sand, making ocean dips just steps away. High-speed Starlink internet keeps you connected, and a backup generator ensures peace of mind during your stay.

Main Floor:
The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a welcoming space for gathering. This floor also includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The master suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, panoramic Atlantic views (no curtains), a private balcony, large closet, and a spa-style ensuite with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Lower-Level Private Suite:
Accessed via outdoor steps, this self-contained apartment is perfect for guests seeking extra privacy. It features a queen-size bed, twin bunk beds (ideal for kids), a kitchenette with a 24-inch electric stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, and toaster, and a private bathroom. Sliding doors open onto a 26×10 ft tiled deck, ideal for enjoying the breeze. This level also includes a washer and dryer, toilet and washbasin, and a double outdoor shower.
