Villa Del Mar is moments away from the gorgeous white sandy beaches, and endless family-friendly activities of Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. Perfect for your group of (up to) 8, this second floor two-story updated home is the perfect place to make all of your beach memories. With plenty of room for everyone to kick back and relax, you will feel right at home! Living room has cozy seating for watching movies or playing games. The couch is even soft enough for an afternoon nap!
Main bedroom has a King bed, attached bathroom with walk-in shower, and private balcony. 2nd bedroom has tiwn over twin bunks, full bed, and attached bathroom. There is also a queen sleeper in the living room. With so many beds almost no one has to share! All new fluffy linens will make sleeping a dream! Downstairs living floor has a 3rd full bathroom making room for everyone to get ready for the day's or night's activies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all of your meals. Full size washer and dryer in the unit.

Once you arrive, you won't want to leave Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort in Panama City Beach! The resort is so extensive with golf cart shuttles provided to take you where you would like. With half a mile of private beach, eleven pools, four hot tubs, and a fabulous free-form lagoon pool with waterfalls, you can lounge to your heart's content! Wander past the six reflecting pools to wind down your day. Beach service is available for a fee. You'll also find restaurants galore available like Ocean's Bar and Grill for gulf-front dining, Starbucks coffee shop, Paradise Pizza, Blenders for frozen drinks on the Lagoon Pool Deck, and Edgie's Corner Market for ice cream or coffee. Other restaurants are within walking distance.
