Cozy Home One Mile to Mayo
This home is conveniently located in Northwest Rochester, one mile away from downtown Mayo Clinic and quick access to highway 52. This is the perfect place for professional travelers, patients of the clinic, families traveling to the area or individuals looking to explore Rochester. The main floor hosts the fully furnished and equipped kitchen, living room, two queen size bedrooms with black out curtains, and a full bathroom. The second floor hosts two seating areas, and a full size bedroom with blackout curtains and an attached full bathroom. The basement hosts a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent and dryer sheets. The outside space includes a patio area accessible from the kitchen. Garage, driveway and street parking can comfortably accommodate up to four cars. High speed internet (500mps) is provided. All TVs are smart TVs and placed in guest mode for you to login to. You'll have access to the entire property with keyless entry and a code provided prior to check-in. There is a slight incline to the front entrance of the house with three steps to enter.
