Come enjoy paradise in this awesome 2 bedroom 2 bath beach house. Large open kitchen, dining and living area. Kitchen has dishwasher, living room has pull out sofa and TV. Large full bath in hallway, washer/dryer. Large master bedroom with queen size bed and large master bathroom, second bedroom has full size bed and TV. Parking for 2 cars, located near the Venture pool & clubhouse. Pack your bathing suit and beach chairs and come enjoy the island life!

Venture Three is located on the beautiful Hutchinson Island, across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by the Indian River. Venture has a beautiful private beach access area. Many activities are offered such as tennis, bocce ball, shuffleboard, volleyball & pickle ball just to name a few. A large heated swimming pool to enjoy all year round, an onsite marina with a boat launch ramp and a charming clubhouse that hosts pot luck dinners, dances and several social events! Come enjoy your next vacation relaxing on sandy beaches under beautiful blue skies in paradise!
