We take all feedback seriously and strive to continuously improve guests' experience. All homes are inspected before guest arrivals to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. The report shows all doors were open for your arrival. However we understand that doors can accidentally get locked and the team were happy to assist you early in the morning to get the internal bedroom door open. Our team takes great care in maintaining the cleanliness of our vacation homes and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the stain on the bedding. We only wished you had let us know so we could have replaced the sheets for you. The linen is professionally washed and we have plenty of spares.
