Welcome to 3147 PEQ, located in Storey Lake Resort! This spacious two-story end unit townhome has an open floor plan that blends the kitchen, dining room and living room together seamlessly. Using modern furnishings, we have designed this townhome to ensure our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Whether it's enjoying a relaxing day by the private pool or preparing a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen, this home was made for your vacationing needs. With three queen bedroom, a Lion-King-themed bedroom and a Minnie-themed bedroom, there is something sure to please everyone. Every aspect of your vacationing needs will be met with this townhome.
Though you may never want to leave home, another perk you receive with your vacation is full access to Storey Lake Resorts Hideaway Club. The Hideaway Club offers our guests, free of charge, access to its large pool, spa, two water slides, lazy river, children's splash pad, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a fitness center with machines and free weights.
One of the best reasons to choose our home? Location, Location, Location! Those who are coming to the area to visit Walt Disney World, Storey Lake is just a five-minute straight shot down Osceola Parkway to Walt Disney World Property. No traffic, no tolls, and no I-4!

- Our property managers have been in the vacation rental industry for a combined 25-plus years. We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority.
- We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible.
- Each property is inspected two separate times. When the clean is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team's work. Then we inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff.
- When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen dated and signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses including COVID-19. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitized home.
- All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry-leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitize all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers between each stay.
- Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation, it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on the property.
- Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don't ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick up, turn off all lights and TVs, and lock the patio and front doors. That's it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing, you are still on vacation.
Storey Lake Resort
Storey Lake Resort is a gated vacation rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the community's HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units.

Storey Lake Resort does not allow boats, RVs, or trailers to be parked or stored on the resort property at any time. If they find guests to have a boat, RV, or trailer, they will tow it at the cost of the owner.

A second amenity center, THE BRONSON CLUB, located at The Cove East, is now fully operational since the end of 2022

- This property has a Maximum Occupancy of 11 guests. This includes infants. We will decline any reservations showing more than the maximum number of guests, with infants counting towards the number. Insurance in Florida is difficult to find and keep, so at no time can the number of people at the property exceed the maximum number provided.
- Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. Please do not inquire if you are not at least 25 at the time of booking. Our insurance company mandates that the main guest on the reservation be at least 25 years of age or older. We will decline/cancel any reservation that does not meet this criterion.
- This unit is a Non-Smoking unit. We allow smoking in the outside areas, such as the back patios, but guest is required to use a proper ashtray and not bowls, cups, or any other utensil from the property's kitchen. Anyone found to have smoked or vaped in the unit or leaves cigarette butts or ashes on outside areas will be charged a $250 fee.
