This spacious 5 bedroom townhome has been completely renovated with a fun vacation vibe. 4 bedrooms on the first floor: 1 king, 2 queens, twin & a full comfortable sofa bed. Full hall bath with walk in shower and an extra shower stall in the laundry room with a full size washer & dryer. Upstairs you will find a bright & airy great room. Banquette seating for 6, ensuite king master and a powder room. Enjoy the front deck that seats 6-8 and 2 swivel chairs. New 12 x 20 pool for 2025 with sunshelf. 3 blocks to the 24th st guarded beach. Owner provides beach tags, beach chairs, cart & umbrella for your convenience. Sorry, no pets.
