From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The gated entry made us feel extremely safe, and parking was easy and secure. The property was spotlessly clean, beautifully renovated, and clearly well maintained. Both bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of space, and having two full bathrooms made the stay effortless for our group.The highlight was definitely the private hot tub—perfect after a long day exploring downtown Indianapolis. It was clean, well cared for, and felt like a luxury touch you don’t often get with rentals. The location is ideal: close to downtown, restaurants, and major attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The host was responsive, professional, and made check-in and check-out seamless.If you’re looking for a safe, modern VRBO rental in Indianapolis with a hot tub, this place checks every box. The house it self is very cute , nice little place. The area around it was not nice at all.The only real issues were the passcodes to enter were not correct and took awhile for Vrbo to fix it since the host wouldn't answer. The house HVAC system couldn't keep up. First day it was in 30s and house could get to about 70. Next few days it was around 0 and the house couldn't get above 64 inside. Made being in the house miserable.

Good option for a comfortable stay

The place is an oasis in the desert. The neighborhood is a little rough around the edges, but the house has been nicely renovated and is set up for comfort and security. We lost power twice while there. The main breaker tripped when running the hot water in master bathroom. Communicated with owner and they should be following up.
