Welcome to Shoreline Towers 1023, a beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental located in the heart of Destin at Shoreline Towers. With its tropical and beachy décor, this second-floor unit in Tower 1 provides the perfect blend of comfort and style.
Start your day with a breathtaking view of the Emerald Waters from the large bay window in the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed. The guest bedroom is equipped with two full-size beds, ensuring ample sleeping space for your group. Both bathrooms offer combined shower/tub setups for convenience.

The fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the in-unit washer and dryer add an extra touch of convenience to your stay. The open balcony invites you to relax and enjoy Destin's famous sunsets while keeping an eye out for dolphins, turtles, or other sea life along the Shoreline.

The difficulty of getting into property was stressful. No one at security gate, office for property was closed and what they were using as virtual assistance at gate was totally useless. Condo was nice , convenient and would stay again. Property management for owners needs some work

Yes. View was awesome. Shopping abundant. Upon returning home we found we inadvertent brought a 1/4 cup measuring cup with us. We had used it to measure coffee and hubby kept it in coffee canister. Can i mail it back to you for unit 1023 or will it be replaced. We were very bothered on its discovery and sorry .

I agree—the views are absolutely stunning. Regarding the AC issue, please avoid setting the temperature too low, as this can cause the system to freeze and lead to unnecessary repair costs. An AC technician was dispatched to your vacation home within hours of your report, and you were generously compensated for the inconvenience. I believed we had reached an amicable resolution on this matter.

Location!

The location of this property is amazing. Seconds from the beach and less than 5 mins to Target and Publix. The condo was clean, and communication with the host was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean & great location!

Family of 5 (kids 15,12,& 9 for Spring break. We had excellent communication with our Host from the time we arrived to the morning we left. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect! It was nice having all the kitchen appliances/utensils there for when we stayed in to cook. This is on the 2nd floor with the garage being the 1st floor. Literally seconds from the beach. Easy access to restaurants and drive to Harbor Boardwalk. Our kids did not want to leave. We would definitely book this condo again!

Perfect weekend getaway

This was a birthday trip for my 10 year old. Our family of 5 had a great time. The location to the beach and pool couldn't be better. The beds were comfortable abs the viesview was amazing. The only downer if there was one, Is to get the toilets fixed. It was mentioned in previous reviews but I hoped it would be fixed be now. They work as intended but sounds like you captured an unruly monster each flush. This didn't help with a 2 yr old that's potty training.

I would STRONGLY CAUTION anyone before booking this property. After traveling, unpacking, and getting settled, we were suddenly denied access because of an under-25 policy that was never properly enforced until we arrived. The parking attendant told us we could only stay if my parent remained on site the entire time — including through the night — and even warned they could perform unannounced checks at any hour. This was humiliating, stressful, and nothing like what was advertised. This was unreasonable, threatening, and made it impossible to continue the stay safely or comfortably. As a result, we were forced to leave the property immediately and secure alternative accommodations at our own expense, despite having paid in full. The host then delayed canceling the reservation until our last booked night, which meant the unit sat empty instead of being rebooked and left us with no refund. Communication was slow and dismissive throughout the process.This experience completely ruined our trip and cost us time, energy, and money for nothing. It is heartbreaking to save, plan, and look forward to a vacation only to be turned away at the door. I would never want anyone else to go through what we did. Please be VERY CAUTIOUS before booking here - in knowing that they can and will access your unit at any given time “even if it’s the middle of the night and in your underwear” per parking attendant that said he goes by Beau.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it caused. While our under-25 policy is clearly stated in both the listing and the rental contract you signed, we understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter this issue after your arrival. The parking attendants are part of the building’s management team, and unfortunately, their enforcement methods are not something we as hosts can control. That said, we never want our guests to feel uncomfortable or misled, and we’ll be reviewing how we communicate these rules to ensure they’re clearer up front. We also regret that communication felt slow during a stressful time. It was our understanding, based on your call to the office, that your father would be joining you, which would have brought the reservation into compliance with the rental requirements. Our goal is always to provide a welcoming and enjoyable stay, and we take your feedback seriously as we continue working to improve the guest experience. We do want to clarify that the issues raised in this review were related to building policies and rental requirements, not the vacation home itself. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.
