About this property

Smithville River Property-Kayaking Retreat

This is a beautiful little gem right on the colorado river. The house is located right outside of texas Highway 71 (1.2 miles from the charming Smithville city center). This open layout with river access is a unique property located in between Houston and Austin.

The house is situated on 4 acres overlooking the Colorado River. The house is an open layout with the two bedrooms adjoined by a bathroom on one side of the house. On the opposite side is the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the final bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.

All access

We will always be available to be reached. We spend time in Austin and Smithville, but please feel free to reach us at any time. We own a restaurant in downtown Smithville, so there will always people that can assist you in case you need something immediately.

This property is located in the middle of two other secluded properties.

Smithville is such a cool town full of local restaurants, vintage shops, and of course great people. the little towns around Smithville are great for day trips i.e. la grange, Bastrop, Flatonia, Winchester, etc.

Loved the location, the layout of the house, and the comfort of the house. A few amenities need attention, but I'm confident that the host will be seeing to those quickly because he is most hospitable.
